These terms govern your use of Bazaar Jewelbox, operated by The Toy Bazaar LLC. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Shopping with us
Our collection is intended for adult jewelry organization. You must be an adult able to enter a binding purchase agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading information.
Products and prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe the materials and dimensions available for the selected style. Screen colors may differ from the actual finish. Jewelry and photographic styling accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Review the layout, dimensions, and selected option before ordering. Normal measurement tolerances and differences in wood grain may occur.
Applicable shipping and any required taxes are shown in the order total before submission. We may correct a pricing or description error and will contact you before fulfilling an order affected by a material error, giving you the option to accept the correction or cancel for a refund. An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance; we may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled and refund any amount collected.
Delivery, returns, and problems
Delivery estimates include separate processing and transit periods. See the Shipping Policy for the delivery area and charges. Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in the Refund Policy. Contact us if goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete so we can help resolve the issue.
Care and use
Use the box on a stable surface, keep it dry, and avoid overfilling. Jewelry boxes are organizers; they are not safes and do not provide a guarantee against theft, loss, tarnishing, or damage to jewelry. Keep keys and small removable parts away from children. Follow any item-specific care instructions.

Our original brand materials and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product photography is presented for shopping reference. Links to external services, when present, are subject to those services’ own terms.
Responsibility and applicable law
We aim to provide an accurate, usable store, but occasional interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
