Shipping Policy

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Please use a street address where a carrier can deliver your package.

Processing and transit are separate

Allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Standard shipping transit is estimated at 2–7 days after dispatch. Processing business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Transit is measured in calendar days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Your total delivery window includes both processing and transit.

Simple shipping rates

Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $59 or more after any discounts and before tax. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99 per order. The available rate appears in your bag and at checkout after you enter a delivery address.

Following your delivery

When tracking becomes available, we provide the tracking details with your shipment information. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. If your shipment is delayed or the tracking appears incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can look into it.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund. We will seek consent to any further delay where required.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Check the street address, unit number, state, and ZIP before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If a package arrives damaged, save the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos if available. We will help resolve damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

Customer care is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
